I have a mobile detailing business that has been operational for about 3 years now. I want to expand. I would like to secure a contract or two with a couple of local business complexes to do auto detailing on site. I need to know the best and efficient way to doing this.

Face to face with the business owner is the best way. Try and find a phone number and tell the owner you will offer a discount, and ask the owner for a face to face meeting to go over the details.
