Contract and fraud?

Question by youareneurotic: Contract and fraud?
My ex-husband signed a hodge-podge contract with me promising to continue promoting our music business and professional and personal services of video editing. He has done none of this. In fact, he said during a deposition that he never had any intention of fulfilling the terms of the contract. Yet he signed it and there is a damage clause of $ 12,000 a year until the year 2060 to be paid to me. How can this be settled? Can he be sued for fraud?

File a case of mandamus in court to order your ex-husband to fullfill the obligations on the contract. In case of non-fullfillment, file an action to implement the damage clause so that he will be ordered by the court to pay the fines.
