I want to produce music on my computer and I’d like a music production software that comes with sounds as in instruments and drums and techno kind of sounds like in hip hop music, are there any softwares that come with that?

I think what you should do is go the Pro Tools / Reason route… Pro Tools will run you a couple hundred dollars, and so will Reason… These two softwares together will be a full blown studio for you. Not only will you be able to produce everything you want… but you will also be able to record live instruments, and singers / rappers / or any other type of artist.
