Question by dracomullet: Should you vote for a politician who sub-contracts out of state for their political phone solicitation?
For example, you receive one of those annoying recorded messages from your congressman or senator, only to realize that it came from five states away. Your representative is blatently backdooring a promise to bring jobs to your state. What do you do?
