ya , i wanna to download a programme which can manage mp3 files with tags,the programme must let me to rate a song ,album art(must),genre ,a good playlist and support vlc media player.please any 1 hav any suggestion . and please give its download link

Use Winamp.
– It can manage your music with tags
– It can play and bookmark online radio stations just like VLC.
– The sound quality is better IMO than a lot of other players.
– Create playlists.
– Use it with FireTask and you can schedule playback.
– Allows you to rate songs and it tracks how many times each song has been played.
– Supports album art.
– Wide variety of skins for it available for download.
