Question by Fly girl: Template for an individual behavior contract?
I’m in the midst of creating behavior contracts to modify the behaviors of several children in my class. I have decided on the goals they will need to meet witha system that uses daily tally marks to track their progress.

However, I need a general template contract that is worded neatly and lays out the behaviors that are to be modified. Please help!
