I have a website I am making for my friend. He is a excellent beat maker. I bought a program to make a webstore. So selling things will be made easy through that. However, I am not sure how to make the beats so I don’t have to send them out via snail mail and charge shipping to my customers. I want to be able to sell them myself. I looked up the programs offered to musicians on myspace and they have to many conditions such as they can sell your music independently and give you nothing for it if they choose to. I read all the small print. I just want to know how I can make downloads that are only accessable to those who pay. I appreciate any help anyone can give me. Tutorials, programs, or otherwise. It doesn’t have to be a program that is spicificly for music downloads. I know there is a way. I visit many sites that have downloads available to those who pay. I just don’t know how to add it to my website. Thanks for anyone who is willing to help me.
