Since the Clix 2 supports Media Transfer Protocol (MTP), it can be used with the various online music retailers that sell/rent DRMed WMA files (therefore, no iTunes support), like Urge or Rhapsody.

Interestingly, it also supports an application called PodcastReady, which allows you to run the podcast management software directly from your USB device. The advantage is that you wouldn’t need to install the podcast management software onto each computer you use, since it’s already on the Clix 2.

I’ve used this software before, and it’s pretty good. I haven’t actually run it from my portable media player, though. I ran it from my PC. It’ll be interesting to see how this set up works in practice.
