I’m a Writer, and i finish my first book but i have to type it, so now I’m just hunting publishers what is the most recommended?

Is publishing a book is the same as publishing art and music?

NO. Publishing books is its own art. Totally different industry from art and music. What you’re going to want to do (once its typed) is get an editor and an agent, and then you will have your agent send in your “manuscript” to the publisher. Most major publishers won’t even take a manuscript unless it is sent through an agent-preferably one they are familiar with.

To answer your first question, Random House pretty much the number one publisher these days.
