ALL of the above links on this answer page look alike, but they aren’t. I did get them all from the same home page though. If I were in a business, I would save that homepage to my “favorite websites” list for future reference, as it has basically all of the forms you might need.

As for your friends wanting to invest, the only real way for them to invest and to be able to measure their amount of investment would be to set up a stock share ownership structure.
