Question by J: Can you legally use a proposal/contract you found online?
Basically, someone posted a sample proposal/contract online. Can I use this proposal/contract. I changed the proposal aspect of it, but the terms and conditions i left the same, they are pretty good. Is this ok?

Umm obviously not! If you have to use something that doesn’t belong to you, then its illegal right then and there.. and you’ve obviously changed stuff around to make it look “better” or “different”.
