Question by MathewB: is it illegal to sell dvds online and concert tickets?
I have just bought about 12 second hand games online and I am planing on selling them immediately on Ebay. Is this illegal?
I am also considering buying tickets online to music/comedy and re-selling them closer to the dates on Ebay too but I think this is illegal even though people still do it. Is it illegal?

Reselling DVDs, if they were lawfully made and you own them, is legal. See my first link.
Tickets, if they are being sold for more than face value, is probably illegal. You’d have to check the laws in your state. (Some people try to avoid this by adding anything other than a ticket to the sale or auction. Even a pencil. Claiming they are not selling the ticket for more than face value but the ticket plus the pencil. I strongly advise against doing this.)
