What are the best rules when making a contract between breeder and buyer?

Question by MK: What are the best rules when making a contract between breeder and buyer?
I am looking for contract ideas between a breeder and a buyer. What are the best safe-guards for both breeder and buyer and the best requirements for both breeder and buyer?(And any other tips to put in a contract) Thanks! :o)
I am the president of a small pug group with some frustrated members who have recently bought pug puppies that became seriously ill within 2-3 days after purchase and breeder refuses to help, reimburse and will only take puppies back without restitution.
I would like to see a contract that protects the puppies first , but also places safeguards for both parties in case someone tries to abuse the system of either a caring-first time puppy owner or a good breeder trying to do the right thing. Is this possible?

My cousin is a dog breeder and her contract has all kinds of stipulations about getting the puppy vet-checked by a vet of their (the buyer’s) choice (and if my cousin has to do it, she states a charge for it), making sure it gets its shots on time, making sure the buyer doesn’t intend to breed the dog later one (she sells hybrids anyway and doesn’t want hybrid-hybrids or something).
