this partnership is a joint venture with 10 other people. a sample contract or form would help.

Hire a lawyer and get it done right. If you go to an office supply store or a bookstore and get one of those pre-made forms, you’re just begging for trouble. I have seen that happen firsthand. This is a case when you want to get an attorney to draw one up for you, especially when you have so many people involved.
