How can I remove System Defender, Winreanimator, and other Rogue Spyware Devices?

Question by Eric Studley: How can I remove System Defender, Winreanimator, and other Rogue Spyware Devices?
My computer contracted a bad trojan or virus from a music video player site, and now I can’t get rid of it? It’s a rogue spyware system called Winreanimator, System Defender, System Cleaner or likewise, and it’s causing my computer to lag, it’s sending pop ups to my computer, it’s changing my homepage it’s hijacking my internet browser while I use it, and it now maintains a small red X on my taskbar asking me to install it’s Spyware/Malware “defenses”. Sometimes it also starts playing commercials through my speakers when no programs are up. Or the radio. it’s a really odd system, and it’s like a good device to remove it. Looking for someone who had this before and removed it. I’ve currently tried-
AVG Spyware Remover
Spybot S&D
Ad Aware
CCleaner
and many other devices to no avail.

This thing is really pushing me to the edge. What can I do?
The Batch file thing, could you explain that?

Hate to tell ya. I’ve learned from experience that a format and reinstall is often the fastest way to handle it. When I get a PC that’s infected to work on now I don’t bother trying to fix it anymore it usually takes longer than a reinstall and it’s a lot less frustrating.

So back up and get your windows CD out.
