Question by Nash: How would I get someone to listen to my song?
I play guitar, sing, write music, write poetry… How would go about getting someone to listen to my demo cd? Someone that can help me make my way through the music industry, even if all I did was write songs for other artists… My lyrics are working for me, I need someone to notice me. Any suggestions? Contact information? …Or better yet, someone will to take a chance on me?

How bad do you want it Nash? You gotta get out there and perform. Go to a MALL in or
near your town and sing in the atrium. The music industry is extremely competitive but nobody can market you better than you. If you find a venue that showcases your talent, go for it. If the “Naked Cowboy” can brand himself and get a New York Times article just from playing a guitar in his underwear, then the potential of you getting noticed is limitless. Good Luck man.
